I am Paul Agostini, the Assistant Director of Finance here at CAF America. I joined CAF America in March 2021 and have held my current position since April 2023. My responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the finance team in account reconciliations, financial reporting, and other accounting tasks.
Before joining CAF America I held positions as a consultant and as an accountant. As a consultant, I worked at a Bookkeeping firm offering financial advice and back-office solutions to small businesses and startups. As an accountant, I worked for a property management company on Long Island. These positions prepared me for my current role by giving me relevant experience in the world of accounting and finance.
I came to CAF America as it gave me the opportunity to move out of the private sector and be part of something that helps people all over the world.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a Master’s of Business Administration from The University of Maryland College Park. I am certified in Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
