I am Nichole Sydnor, the Senior Operations Associate on the Customer Experience Team here at CAF America. I have worked in the Customer Service field for over two decades. In my role at CAF America I assist with donor inquiries, organization inquiries and I am currently involved with creating the Customer Experience Program.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, music, watching movies and spending time with loved ones.
