Sue Norton

Adjunct Global Impact Strategist

As an Adjunct Global Impact Strategist with CAF America, Sue works to guide and grow CAF America’s disaster and crisis relief practice. Sue is President of Norton Associates Consulting, LLC, a US-based consultancy with expertise in the areas of Strategy, Change Leadership and Social Impact. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the corporate, foundation, and nonprofit sectors, Sue partners with leaders and organizations to develop game-changing strategies to catalyze growth, create initiatives that equip and inspire teams to lead change forward, and mobilize resources to generate enduring, positive social impact in communities around the world.

Prior to founding Norton Associates, Sue spent 27 years with PepsiCo, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Global Citizenship & Sustainability where she led the corporation’s global social impact agenda for nine years as Vice President of the PepsiCo Foundation. While in this role, she grew the Foundation’s size five-fold, culminating with global impact investments of more than $100 million in 2020. Under Sue’s leadership, the Foundation provided more than 50 million people with safe water access, delivered more than 225 million meals to food-insecure communities, benefited more than 16 million women and girls with the knowledge and skills needed for economic advancement, and committed over $65 million to support racial equity for Blacks and Hispanics in the United States. Prior to leading the Foundation, Sue held senior roles in Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Sustainability, and General Management in PepsiCo’s beverage and foods divisions

Sue has a long-standing commitment to community engagement, and currently serves as Board Chair for Feeding Westchester. She has also served on the Board for the American Red Cross of New York & Connecticut and as Board Chair for Yale University’s Graduate School of Nursing. She and her husband live in Connecticut and have six grown children.
