Samir Battou
Senior Officer Due Diligence, Grant Services
I am Samir Battou, the Senior Officer on the Due Diligence Team for Grant Services, working with donors to satisfy their due diligence needs.
Prior to joining CAF America, I worked 6 years years as a Senior Legal Researcher with Thomson Reuters in Washington D.C. Most recently, I served as the head of Senior Research for the Due Diligence Team where I managed multiple clients and projects, while also collaborating on the hiring process and mentoring new hires.
I am a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County where I hold a BA in Political Science. I am currently working on my master’s at the University of Maryland.
When I’m not busy I love to play basketball, go to the movies, and spend time with family and friends.
