Richard Norman

Assistant Director, Grant Services

I am Richard Norman, an Assistant Director of Grant Services at CAF America. As an Assistant Director, I work with a single client conducting due diligence, validation of charities to ensure regulatory compliance, and other client-specific needs.

I earned a B.A. in International Studies as well as a B.A. in History from American University in Washington, D.C., in 2020. My studies focused on peace and conflict resolution, as well as radical politics in the United States during the twentieth century. As an undergraduate I was fortunate to intern in Brussels, Belgium, at the European Peacebuilding Liaison Office, an organization lobbying for increased focus on peacebuilding and community engagement in European Union external policy.

In my spare time I enjoy film photography, but I can most often be found reading about a wide range of historical and sociological topics.
