I am Peter Korns and I am a Project Manager on the Operations team. I joined CAF America following a decade of service at the National Business Aviation Association in Washington, D.C. At NBAA, I managed several portfolios, including aviation safety, tax and workforce development. In this work, I led national committees to conduct safety analyses, curated revenue-generating educational conferences, and developed partnerships aimed at strengthening student outreach efforts both in the U.S. and globally. I am a commercial-certified pilot and flight instructor, and have a background in development and donor relations with particular emphasis in major gifts and special events.

A native and current resident of Alexandria, VA, my husband and I split our time between there and Chautauqua, NY, alongside our golden retriever, Wilbur.

I hold a B.A. in political science from Kenyon College, and an advanced certificate in Aviation Safety Management from the University of Southern California.
