I am Nathan Fleming, Human Resources Manager with CAF America. In my role, I administer the entire life cycle of employment in the organization including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee performance. I also take an active role in supporting our employee working groups.
Prior to joining CAF America, I held positions designing and implementing employee wellness programs for Anthem BlueCross BlueShield and Johns Hopkins Hospital System. Additionally, I have significant experience in coaching and mentoring individuals in goal setting and personal development which is an area I am deeply passionate about.
I hold my BBA in International Business and Relations from Loyola University New Orleans as well as an MS in Community Health and Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health. As a personal philosophy, I subscribe to the Japanese tradition of Shinrin Yoku which highlights the physical and mental health benefits found by spending time in nature. A perfect counterbalance to our busy professional lives.
