My name is Matt Hester and I am a validation associate here at CAF America. In this position, I serve as a point of contact for organizations as they work to obtain eligibility and complete validation. In my work, I am determined to find both the intrinsic and extrinsic meaning of all that I do.

Prior to joining CAF America, I completed my education at Radford University in the mountains of Virginia. At Radford I earned a B.A. In Political Science and French language and literature.

In my free time, I love going on walks, playing my guitar and banjo, and cheering for the sports teams of Western New York
