I am Kalilla Dilgen, a Validation Officer within the Equivalency Determination Team. I communicate with and support grantee organizations through the eligibility application and validation process.
Prior to joining CAF America, I was an Intern for the International Crisis Group where I tracked conflicts across North-East Asia, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. I have also interned for the NYS Supreme Courts, the NYPD and American Programs International.
I have a MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh where my research explored the Gender Digital Divide in Eastern Uganda, as well as a BA in Sociology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
