Hello! I am a Team Lead – Validation Officer in the Grant Services department here at CAF America. My role is to review and assist our charity partners with completing their applications and to perform expenditure responsibility. I also help the Standard Risk Team achieve its goals in facilitating the validation process. We are a multifaceted team that focuses on the customer experience, streamlining systems and how our processes comply with the 3Rs: regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and reputation protection.
Prior to joining CAF America, I spent many years volunteering in my local area. Before that I was in various management roles. I hold a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership.
