Hi! I’m David Voegtle, CAF America’s Officer of External Affairs. Working alongside Andrew Kopca and the rest of the External Affairs team, I manage a variety of strategic initiatives and projects that advance CAF America and our international partners as leaders in cross-border philanthropy.
Before joining CAF America in 2020, I served in a variety of roles in the D.C. area, including serving as an intern in the United States House of Representatives, a program coordinator at a D.C. based political advocacy nonprofit, and a researcher at a private intelligence firm.
I attended college at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where I obtained a B.A. in Political Science and a passion to help others that guides my work at CAF America. When I’m not working, you’ll find me lost in the pages of an excellent novel, making new friends, or planning my next outdoor adventure.
