Hello there! I am Anson Mersereau, a Senior Validation Associate on the Grant Services Team here at CAF America. My work primarily focuses on the review process for grant applications – analyzing and measuring eligibility and risk.
Before joining CAF America, I spent several years as a Staff Reporter covering the White House and the Department of Defense. Prior to that, I worked with a private equity firm based out of Singapore and Dubai – the focus of our investment strategy was heavily influenced by ESG and leaving a positive impact on the communities we invested in.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Security Policy and a Minor in History from the George Washington University.
One of my hobbies is scuba diving – and a personal goal of mine is to dive in as many places as I can around the world. In my spare time I enjoy writing, cooking, strategy games, and spending time with family and friends.
