Anna Hofmeister

Anna Hofmeister, CPA and partner in charge of Outsourced Services at RSM, has more than 30 years’ experience servicing the accounting, consulting, audit, and tax needs of the nonprofit industry.  Through her devotion to the advancement of the nonprofit community, she has  spent the last 20 years advising CEOs and Boards of Directors on a wide spectrum of nonprofit financial and operational matters such as ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, strengthening internal controls, interpreting financial results, developing key performance metrics, improving financial performance, streamlining business operations, unrelated business income taxes, and more.  A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Anna frequently presents at conferences sponsored by the American Society of Association Executives and the New York Nonprofit Media.  She served as Chair of the American Society of Association Executives’ Finance and Business Operations Section Council and has volunteered her expertise across a range of other nonprofit committees.
