I am Adri Montoya, the Assistant Director of Donor Services (Friends Fund). I lead the Friends Funds team at CAF America and provide support to our premier Friends Fund accounts. Previously at CAF America, I worked closely with the Chief of Staff, Assistant Chief of Staff, and Vice President of Technology and CyberSecurity, as Assistant Project Manager. In addition, as Assistant Project Manager, I worked across departments to provide organizational support on many different projects and tasks. I began at CAF America as the Finance Admin associate, where I focused on providing support to the Chief of Staff and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining CAF America, I was an intern for the Bolivian Ambassador at the Bolivian Embassy in Washington, D.C., where I assisted in organizing a number of events with the diplomatic corps in the District. In addition, I also interned at a legal aid clinic in Harrisonburg, VA where I had the opportunity to assist attorneys and Spanish-speaking clients in addressing a variety of legal issues.
I graduated from James Madison University with a Political Science Degree and a minor in Legal Spanish. In my personal time, I have co-founded a professional networking organization for young Bolivians living in the USA.
