Assistant Director, Friends Funds

I am Hannah Chenault, the Assistant Director of Friends Funds. I manage our Friends Funds Team and am here to provide high level support to the charity partners we serve.

Prior to joining CAF America, I worked for an international hunger relief organization where my responsibility was stewarding faith, civic, and business relationships across the nation to bolster volunteer and financial engagement. When not working you can find me capturing photos of historical architecture, hiking, and traveling the world!

Officer, Private Donor Services

Hi I am Chad Berryman, a Officer on the Friends Funds team. I provide high level support to our organizations and donors by answering queries and creating reports.

Prior to joining CAF America, I worked in Technology Operations within the banking industry. Through this experience, I recognized my true passion for helping others, and committed to going above-and-beyond whenever possible. When not working you will find me at the next big rock concert or streaming on a variety of different platforms

Senior Associate, Private Donor Services

Hi I am Haley Flageolle, a Senior Associate on the Friends Fund team. My role is currently growing and evolving on the team. As such, I will be providing support on a variety of projects depending on the team's needs and focuses.

Prior to my work at CAF America I studied International Studies and Public Policy with minors in Arabic and Geographical Information Systems. Post graduation and prior to CAF America, I worked in Silicon Valley for a medical device startup company. During my free time, I like to do some vegan cooking, watch true crime documentaries, watch hockey (Go Avs!), and hone my language skills!

Senior Associate, Private Donor Services

Hi I am Rylee Matousek, a Senior Associate on the Friends Fund team. I provide support by facilitating distributions, processing contributions and answering donor inquiries.

Prior to joining CAF America, I worked extensively in local, state, and federal politics and governance. I have experience on numerous election campaigns, in legislative offices, and for several PACs working to elect women into office. Through these experiences, I realized my passion for ensuring equitable space for all voices in decision making roles. Outside of work you can find me traveling, attending concerts, listening to pop music, dancing, practicing French, and honing my knowledge of wine and sake!
