Ingrid Summers

For more than 20 years, Ingrid Summers has served as an Organizational Development professional assessing, developing, and implementing strategies on leadership development, talent management, and succession planning for nonprofits and Fortune 500 Companies.

She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, American Society and holds a Master’s degree in Human Services from Lincoln University.  Ingrid is also an active member of her community,  mentoring and coaching youth for tomorrow’s leadership roles.
